In Moscow, if you're a US citizen, the 'visa run' country of choice is Ukraine. Although Bronte & Frank were only south of the Russian border for an extended weekend, they experienced Kiev's welcoming energy, dancing one night into the wee hours, urged on by a loud, local band and the ever so restless natives.
